Air flow crusher
Air flow crushing is the process in which gas is accelerated by a nozzle and injected into the crushing area, causing the material to become fluidized (the expansion of the air flow results in fluidized bed suspension boiling and collision with each other).
In the crushing area, accelerated particles collide and crush with each other at the intersection of various nozzles; The crushed material is transported by an upward airflow to the classification area, and fine powder that meets the particle size requirements is selected by vertically arranged classification wheels. Coarse powder that does not meet the particle size requirements is returned to the crushing area for further crushing; Qualified fine powder enters the high-efficiency separator with the airflow for collection, and the dusty gas is filtered and purified by the collector before entering the circulation pump to achieve recycling.
