Incoloy 25- 6HN Super Austenitic Stainless Steel Pipe 1.4501 / Al-6XN UNS N08367
ASTM A312, ASTM A213 ,Incoloy25-6hn N08367 Al-6XN 1.4501 NAS 255NM Super Austenitic Stainless Steel Pipe and Tube
Material Description:
Incoloy25-6hn (UNS N08367) is a super austenitic stainless steel with excellent resistance to chloride ion pitting and crevice corrosion. As a corrosion-resistant alloy with good cost performance, its comprehensive corrosion resistance is relatively higher than that of 316L It is a great leap forward, and its corrosion resistance is close to other corrosion-resistant nickel-based alloys such as C-276, and the cost advantage is obvious. Because of the significant nitrogen content added to the alloy, the Al-6XN material has higher tensile strength than conventional austenitic stainless steels (such as 304, 316, 317, etc.), while maintaining excellent material toughness and impact strength. ASME Standard The allowable stress value specified in the specification, Incoloy25-6hn is 40% higher than 316L and nearly double that of copper-nickel alloy. Typical conditions: 60% sulfuric acid, below 80 ° C, annual corrosion rate <0.1mm Supporting welding materials and welding process: AWS A5.14 welding wire ERNiCrMo-3 or AWS A5.11 welding rod ENiCrMo-3 is recommended for alloy welding. Welcome to call for welding process and instructions.
