(1) The working principle of the airflow disperser:
Air flow crushing is the process in which gas is accelerated by a nozzle and injected into the crushing zone, causing the material to become fluidized (the expansion of the air flow results in fluidized bed suspension boiling and collision with each other). In the crushing zone, the accelerated particles collide and crush with each other at the intersection of each nozzle; The crushed material is transported by an upward airflow to the classification area, and fine powder that meets the particle size requirements is selected by vertically arranged classification wheels. Coarse powder that does not meet the particle size requirements returns to the crushing area for further crushing; Qualified fine powder enters the high-efficiency separator with the airflow for collection, and the dust containing gas is filtered and purified by the collector before entering the circulating pump to achieve recycling.
(2) Operating parameters of the airflow disperser:
Jet gas pressure 6-9bar, temperature ≤ 40 ºC;
Capacity: 50-400 kg/hour;
Suitable powders: ceramic powder, cobalt powder, tungsten powder, tungsten carbide powder, etc;
The minimum particle size of the powder can reach 0.2 microns;
